Parallel story between normal and supernatural field is understandable. Second point where story lose strength is classic trap in "porngame" narration to give extra sexual content and spray some dispensable background characters. there is less that feeling of unknow creatures with foggy purpose. Sadly story does not play enough with the doubt of "can i really trust that devil girl".
